ECT Co-ordinator – Mrs Matthews

At Golborne Community Primary School our Early Career Teachers (ECT) begin their journey following the induction programme delivered by Teach First. The programme is underpinned by the Early Career Framework (ECF), enabling ECTs to understand and apply the knowledge and skills set out in the ECF. 

The programme is delivered by Teach First and all ECT’s will be quality assured by Generate Teaching Hub our ‘appropriate body’.
